Urban development project

The ZAC Borderouge is one of the major urban planning projects carried out in the north of Toulouse. Managed by SETOMIP (now Europolia), this 140-hectare project has enabled the creation of a new mixed-use district that combines housing, public facilities, economic activities, and landscaped areas.
To support the coordination of this long-term operation, the teams relied on the Mezzoteam platform to centralize documents, facilitate communication between the numerous stakeholders, and ensure shared monitoring of the entire project.
Now largely complete, the Borderouge district has become a true new city center, perfectly connected to downtown Toulouse via the terminus of the metro's line B.
It offers a comprehensive living environment where housing, shops, offices, public facilities, local services, and vast green spaces coexist:
This case study illustrates Mezzoteam's ability to support complex urban development projects that involve numerous stakeholders over several years, while ensuring centralized document management and effective collaboration between all parties involved.
