University building construction

Building
To support the construction of the new Toulouse School of Economics (TSE) campus, the Eiffage Construction teams chose the Mezzoteam platform to centralize communications, facilitate coordination between stakeholders, and manage document tracking throughout the project.
Located in the heart of Toulouse's historic center, this iconic 11,000 m² building, designed by the Irish firm Grafton Architects, now hosts nearly 2,000 students. Its contemporary architecture, blending glass with traditional Toulouse brick, integrates seamlessly into a remarkable heritage environment while asserting a resolutely modern identity.
The construction of this project mobilized up to 500 Eiffage Construction workers and required the use of 300,000 pink bricks and 12,000 m³ of concrete. In this demanding context, the Mezzoteam platform helped streamline communication between all project stakeholders and ensured secure information sharing throughout the construction process.
Spread over six levels, the building houses teaching spaces, offices, patios, terraces, and six auditoriums for conferences and scientific seminars. Its most striking architectural feature, the "cloister of the sky," is a 22-meter outdoor footbridge connecting the two wings of the building and offering a panoramic view of the Garonne River and the city of Toulouse.
Today, the Toulouse School of Economics is an international benchmark in the field of economic research. Driven by the academic prestige of Nobel laureate Jean Tirole, this campus has become a symbol of excellence and a landmark project demonstrating Mezzoteam's ability to effectively support the most ambitious construction operations.
