Building a sustainable shopping center

Building
Located in the heart of Euroméditerranée, Les Terrasses du Port has established itself as one of Marseille's major urban revitalization projects. This 61,000 m² retail and leisure complex, situated north of the Old Port, brings together 160 shops, 2,600 parking spaces, and a vast panoramic terrace overlooking the Mediterranean.
To support the coordination of this large-scale construction site, Mezzoteam was deployed as a project management platform to centralize communications, share documentation, and track the various stakeholders throughout the project.
Built according to the latest sustainable construction practices, the project achieved BREEAM certification, demonstrating its commitment to environmental performance.
This project involved numerous major industry players: the client Hammerson, the project manager Agence 4A (Michel Petuaud-Létang), the VINCI – SPIE – OTIS consortium, and the lead contractor Campenon Bernard Sud Est. The Mezzoteam platform helped streamline collaboration between all stakeholders and supported the document management of a complex project through to its delivery.
