Robert Schuman Hospital

Hospital expansion project

Health

About the project

As part of its ambitious expansion program, the Robert Schuman Hospital in Metz chose the Mezzoteam platform to support the management and coordination of its operations.

‍

Launched in March 2018, this major project involved the construction of 15,000 m² of new space to enhance the facility's care capacity with the addition of 179 beds. The new buildings were commissioned during the second half of 2020.

‍

Key project milestones:

  • December 2019: Delivery of the Consultation Center
  • June 2020: Completion of the third inpatient wing and the Oncology Center
  • End of 2020: Transfer of relevant activities and services to the new Robert Schuman Hospital spaces

‍

Thanks to Mezzoteam, all project stakeholders benefited from a common data environment that facilitated information sharing, operational tracking, and team coordination throughout the construction process.
