Ovalie

For the construction of the Ovalie office building in Saint-Ouen, PETIT, a subsidiary of VINCI Construction, relied on the Mezzoteam platform to centralise communications and facilitate coordination between all project stakeholders.

Located in the heart of the Victor Hugo development zone, Ovalie is distinguished by its elliptical architecture, which inspired its name. Completed in 2012, this HQE-certified and BBC-labelled office building achieves energy performance levels 50% higher than the regulatory requirements in force at the time of its construction.

The Mezzoteam platform was deployed from the Design phase, at the initiative of the PG Architecture firm, ensuring continuity in document exchanges and collaborative monitoring throughout the project.
