Line 3 construction

Transport and Infrastructure
The Montpellier tramway illustrates a lasting partnership between Mezzoteam and the project management teams. Following the success of the first two lines, the platform was once again selected to support the construction of Line 3, confirming the continued trust of the project stakeholders.
Led by Egis Rail and a project management consortium including Semaly, BCEOM, Beterem Infrastructures, Antoine Garcia-Diaz (architect), and Alfred Peter (landscape architect), this new line utilized a single Common Data Environment (CDE) to centralize documents, streamline communication, and ensure information traceability throughout the construction process.
Commissioned in 2012, Line 3 is now a major artery of the Montpellier transport network. Spanning 17.2 km, it connects Juvignac to Lattes and Pérols, serves 29 stations, and provides connections to the entire TaM network. Renowned for its iconic tram design by Christian Lacroix, the line carries thousands of passengers daily and demonstrates Mezzoteam's ability to support complex, large-scale, long-term urban transport projects.
