Renovation & Rehabilitation

Building
Built by architect Henry Bernard and inaugurated in 1963 by General de Gaulle, the Maison de la Radio is an iconic building of French architectural heritage. Faced with the challenges of modernization, compliance, and space transformation, a vast renovation program was launched to preserve this exceptional site while adapting it to new uses.
Starting in 2005, document management and the tracking of communications related to this complex operation were structured using the Mezzoteam platform. In a context involving numerous stakeholders—project owners, design teams, contractors, and technical partners—the solution made it possible to centralize project information, streamline collaboration, and secure document sharing throughout the various phases of the operation.
Completed in 2017, the renovation work spanned more than a decade, illustrating the importance of a robust collaborative system to support a project of such magnitude.
In parallel, the Maison de la Radio also deployed Mezzoteam as part of a rehabilitation program launched in 2009 and led by Architecture Studio. Finalized in 2015, this operation benefited from the same collaborative environment to ensure stakeholder coordination and effective project data tracking.
Through these two major operations, the Maison de la Radio was able to rely on structured digital management to support its transformation projects, improve the flow of information, and ensure better control over exchanges between the various stakeholders involved.
