Urban development on the banks of the Seine

Building
The transformation of the Île Seguin – Rives de Seine is one of the major urban renewal projects carried out in the Île-de-France region. Built on the former Renault industrial site in Boulogne-Billancourt, this project has created a new mixed-use district combining housing, offices, retail, public facilities, and landscaped areas, following a true "park-city" philosophy.
To manage the complexity of this operation, SPL Val de Seine Aménagement chose the Mezzoteam platform to centralize communications, share reference documents, and coordinate all stakeholders throughout the project.
From the very first phases, the operation mobilized an exceptional number of participants: a dozen landscape architecture teams, nearly fifty architectural firms, and over a hundred professionals working simultaneously on studies and design. Mezzoteam structured this multidisciplinary collaboration by providing a single environment for document management, version tracking, and information distribution to all parties involved.
Covering an area of 74 hectares, the operation resulted in the construction of nearly 842,000 m² of mixed-use space, permanently transforming a former industrial site into a vibrant district that is now home to thousands of residents, jobs, and businesses.
Throughout the various stages of the project, Mezzoteam supported the teams in managing urban studies, regulatory documents, and operational phases, ensuring continuity of information despite the diversity of stakeholders and the duration of the program.
This case study illustrates Mezzoteam's ability to support large-scale development projects, where managing document flows, ensuring traceability of exchanges, and fostering collaboration between project owners, project managers, and partners are key factors for success.
