Construction of an HQE office building

Building
The construction of the Granite Tower marked a significant milestone in the evolution of high-rise buildings in La Défense. Standing 184 meters tall and offering 68,000 m² of office space for 4,500 workstations, this project, designed by Atelier Christian de Portzamparc, stood out for its bold architecture and environmental performance.
As the first high-rise building to be HQE (High Environmental Quality) certified, the Granite Tower paved the way for a new generation of office towers that combine architectural innovation, environmental quality, and technical excellence.
Throughout the project, Mezzoteam centralized technical information and facilitated collaboration among all stakeholders within a common data environment.
With 130 users, 17,500 graphic and technical documents, and 31,500 centralized files, the platform ensured the traceability of communications, effective team coordination, and streamlined document management.
