Construction of a convention and entertainment center

Building
To support the transformation of the Docks Café into a next-generation convention and performance center, the City of Le Havre and the CODAH established a Local Public Company (SPL) dedicated to managing this strategic operation.
This €26 million project involved restructuring part of the former docks while preserving their architectural identity. The spaces were completely redesigned to host professional events, conventions, performances, and cultural gatherings, featuring a modular 2,100-seat auditorium, conference rooms with panoramic views of the Paul Vatine basin, and a modernized exhibition center that is brighter and more flexible.
For this project, which combined renovation, new construction, and the coordination of numerous stakeholders, the Docks SPL selected Mezzoteam to centralize communications, structure document management, and ensure collaborative project oversight.
