Overhaul and maintenance of railway rolling stock

Transport and Infrastructure
With the introduction of MI09 double-decker trains on the RER A line, RATP launched a major modernization program for its maintenance workshops in Sucy-en-Brie to adapt the infrastructure to this new rolling stock.
The project involved several complex operations carried out while the site remained in operation: construction of a new 3,000 m² maintenance hall, reconfiguration of tracks and outdoor platforms, reconstruction of the spare parts storage area, adaptation of technical facilities, and the phased transformation of existing workshops.
To support the coordination of these works, Direct & Org-Go, the company in charge of Project Management Assistance (ACP) for RATP's Railway Rolling Stock department, selected the Mezzoteam platform.
Mezzoteam made it possible to centralize all project documentation, ensure the traceability of exchanges and approvals, and facilitate collaboration between the various stakeholders throughout the different phases of the project. Its ease of deployment and use, combined with its advanced document management and approval workflow features, helped secure the management of an infrastructure project carried out in a highly constrained railway environment.
